Objectives of Anti Ragging Committee:

• • Preserving a culture of Ragging Free Environment in the college Campus.
• • Designing strategies and action plan for curbing the menace of ragging in the college by adopting array of activities.
• • Keeping a vigil and stop the incidences of ragging, if any, happening / reported in the places of student aggregation.
• • Educating the students at large by adopting various means about the implications of menace of ragging and related punishments there to.
• • Orienting the students and moulding their personality for a better cause.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE AND OMBUDSMAN

OBJECTIVES

The objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere on the grounds of mutual trust and co-operation in the polytechnic. To provide the students access to immediate hassle free recourse to have their Grivances redressed.

INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ICC)

OBJECTIVES:The objective is to take consistent action for prevention, prohibition and redressal of complaints received regarding sexual harassement and gender discrimination of women personel at the polytechnic.

Function of the cell is to safeguard the rights of female students and female faculty & staff members.

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL

Objectives:

1. To develop a system for conscious academic and administrative performance of the institution.

2. To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

3. Monitoring and analysis of course plan.

4. OBE assessment and evaluation at institutional level

5. Semester wise program assessment, Continuous improvement initiatives

6. Create awareness in the preparation of question papers for lA test and Semester End Examination (SEE) to assess the students using appropriate action verbs at all six levels namely Remember, Understand, Application, Analysis, Evaluation and Create as per Bloom's Taxonomy to attain specified learning outcomes in the concerned programme.

7. Organizing institutional level awareness workshops on Outcome Based Education implemented in polytechnic education.

8. Periodical monitoring of continuous rnternar Evaruation (crE) and measures to be taken to enhance desired outcomes regulations given in Govt. order cited in ref(1).

SC/ST CELL

The main objective of SC/SC cell is to implement, monitor and evaluate continuously the reservation policy of Government of India and comply with A.I.C.T.E regulation.SC/ST cell is also instrument in various welfare programme by Govt. of India.

SC/ST cell is also effectively implementing the policies/welfare scheme in respect to admission of SC/ST students and also to ensure equal opportunity and social justice to all SC/ST students of the institution.
